- Utilize competitive, customer, and product knowledge to establish competitive barriers to market penetration by positioning Roche Professional Molecular Diagnostic's solutions.
- Deliver tailored presentations specific to customer needs incorporating the outcome data from the various process analysis.
- Conduct system demonstrations & presentations where applicable; Road Shows, VIPS, etc
- Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts, by developing new business, growing existing business, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting customer problems. This includes identifying and developing strategic account plans, developing and delivering the differentiating message and quantifiable economic value for products and services, selling the primary differentiation of Roche Molecular products, overcoming and managing objections, and negotiating to obtain sales
- Accountable for driving best possible customer experience with Roche & Roche Molecular products always focusing on value for customers
- In depth knowledge of relevant Roche's and non-Roche's Molecular portfolio solutions and services
- Builds long-term partnership relationships with relevant customers
- Provides ongoing customers feedback so the organization can use any learnings from the customer and turn them into a valuable customer journey
- Communicates competitive market information internally
- Actively seeks new business growth opportunities
- Bsc. or equivalent degree or extensive work experience within Diagnostics
- At least 4 years of relevant commercial experience
- Thorough understanding of Molecular solutions field, its structure and stakeholder landscape
- Experience in the field of Pathology is an advantage
- Thorough understanding of customer needs and ability to build trustful, long term relations with customers
- Able to plan and execute complete product delivery incl. sales, installation, training and maintenance within Molecular Solutions portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills based on building strong long-lasting relationships
- Passionate and empathetic about working with customers in the Healthcare System
- Customer-centric and results-oriented
- Ability to gain deep knowledge of the relevant technological solutions
- Ability to sell and/or demonstrate IVD instrumentation and reagents
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
