- Own the configuration, integration, and administration of Salesforce and key go-to-market (GTM) applications.
- Partner with RevOps leadership to align business systems with company goals and revenue strategy.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring a seamless data flow across the GTM stack.
- Support users across the Sales and Customer Success organization by handling day-to-day requests, access issues, and system troubleshooting.
- Design and deploy automations, workflows, and processes that enhance productivity and data consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to improve system capabilities and drive adoption.
- Stay current on new features, product releases, and best practices - ensuring Personetics gets the most from its commercial technology ecosystem.
- Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) or Advanced Admin (ADM 211) certification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global tech environment.
- Experience managing multiple business applications and integrating them with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices: custom objects, formula fields, flows, validation rules, permissions, dashboards, etc.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements across systems and recommend scalable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work overtime frequently, including during US working days and hours.
- Hands-on experience with Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other B2B SaaS tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and 6Sense.
- Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or other scripting tools for custom workflows or debugging.
- Experience working with AppExchange products and evaluating third-party vendors.
