We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Team Leader for Data Infrastructure and Operations to join our growing data division. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, system administrators, data operations engineers, and DBAs (including in-house staff, contractors, and vendors), while managing end-to-end data infrastructure and platform services.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a cross-functional team including developers, sysadmins, operations, and DBAs
Manage and maintain data platforms for development teams
Operate and oversee the Data Warehouse environment and ETL/ELT processes
Develop proactive and on-demand monitoring solutions for data processes
Manage and maintain WIN/Linux servers and infrastructure components
Lead vendor management and external service providers
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies
Develop data processes based on business needs
Manage application lifecycles, including version upgrades

Requirements:Professional/Academic Background:

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or BI-related training
Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and complex BI data models
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and Exadata
Familiarity with ETL tools (preferably Informatica, DataStage, or Talend)
Experience with Python - an advantage
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Snowflake - an advantage
Experience with NoSQL technologies - an advantage

Required Experience:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in BI and data operations
Minimum of 1 year in a BI team leadership role
Experience managing projects - an advantage
Experience working in Agile environments - an advantage
Background working closely with infrastructure teams (servers, networking, cybersecurity, databases)
