- Content Creation & Strategy: Plan, write, and publish original content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels highlighting our product, people, and community in a way that resonates with technical and executive audiences.
- Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day management of our corporate social channels, maintaining a consistent voice and publishing cadence.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a strong digital community. Listen and engage in industry conversations, respond to questions, and surface relevant insights to internal teams.
- Award & Recognition Programs: Own the end-to-end submission process for company and product award entries, collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines and maximize visibility.
- Employee Engagement: Encourage internal social advocacy by working with employees to amplify company news, culture, and thought leadership-creating toolkits and inspiration to make sharing easy and authentic.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and report on performance metrics. Use data to refine your approach and make recommendations that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, comms, and leadership to align social media efforts with broader campaigns, launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activity to identify content opportunities and ensure we maintain a leading voice in AI.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media and/or brand marketing, preferably in B2B, tech, or AI.
- Proven ability to create compelling content tailored for executive, developer and enterprise audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing social tools and analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Native English speaker is a must
