Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!We are looking for a Digital Product Manager for an exciting and challenging position!This is a full-time, Hybrid position in Haifa.ResponsibilitiesManage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenanceLead the development and optimization of digital products (Web, Mobile, Bots), ensuring a unified and consistent user experienceDrive the product definition process, including writing requirements and building product roadmapsCollaborate closely with development, design, marketing, and customer service teamsAnalyze user data and generate insights to improve and expand digital servicesIdentify new opportunities for advanced digital tools and servicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration (with a specialization in Marketing or Information Systems) - mustAt least 2 years of experience in managing digital products (web, mobile apps, and bots) in large organizations - mustStrong business acumen combined with technological understanding - mustProven experience in managing complex processes and working with multiple stakeholders - mustProficiency in digital analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) - an advantageExcellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a proactive, can-do attitudeWhy should you join us?Recognized among Israel's top 100 best places to work for, four years in a row * Be part of a company that is a globally recognized leader in Quality Engineering
