Your responsibilities will span from technical leadership and project management to mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.As a Cognyter you will:

Lead and Mentor a team of engineers and researchers in digital communications and DSP.
Drive Software Development for satellite communication systems, from design to optimization.
Oversee System Integration by collaborating with system engineers and ensuring seamless hardware-software interaction.
Ensure Code Quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and adherence to best practices.
Manage Projects by defining architecture, tracking timelines, and aligning deliverables with performance goals.
Foster Collaboration across teams and stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
Stay Ahead of the Curve by continuously exploring emerging technologies and trends in satellite communications and DSP.

Requirements:For that mission you’ll need:

B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering from a leading college or university
Expertise in Signal Processing: Strong foundation in communication systems, including modulation, demodulation, and error correction.
Software Development Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and C++.
Proven Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and grow a high-performing technical team.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex engineering challenges.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
