- Proven experience or background in technical/technological sales - a significant advantage
- Strong technical orientation alongside excellent interpersonal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Initiative, proactivity, and high self-motivation
- Willingness to work in a challenging, hybrid environment: office work combined with dynamic field activities and client meetings
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products within a multidisciplinary environment
- High-level English (spoken, read, and written) - mandatory
