Learn more about our mission, vision and values .We are looking for a Senior Radio QA and Validation TeamLeader to design and execute advanced testing procedures, analyze performance, and ensurethat RF systems meet design and regulatory standards.What you'll do:

Manage team of Radio Validation engineers located in several R&D sites
Design, implement and execute advanced test procedures for 2G/4G/5G Base Stations to validate performance and reliability.
Analyze Test Results to identify performance issues and ensure systems meet design and regulatory standards.
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, optimizing system functionality and performance.
Work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.

What you should have:

5 years of working experience as a System tests engineer
2+ years of experience a Tech leader/ Team Leader
Experienced with RF Systems.
Good Knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as Python- Mandatory
Experience with setting up and maintaining of CI / Nightly pipelines
Knowledge of wireless communication test standards. Familiarity with the cellular test standards of LTE/5G-NR.
Experienced with RF test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer , Network Analyzer , Signal Generator and automation involved with Test Equipment
Familiarity with Networking.
Familiarity with Radio Conformance - Big Advantage
Experienced with Agile methodology.
Excellent communication skills.

Education

B.Sc/BA in Electrical /Computer Science or Communication Engineering.
