- Company Operations: Design and drive internal systems for prioritization, accountability, and information flow. Keep teams aligned and focused on top priorities.
- Partnerships Operations: Support and operationalize our partner ecosystem-ensuring seamless collaboration, strong relationships, accountability, and delivery across partnerships.
- Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives critical to Emerix's growth-new launches, strategic bets, and company-wide goals.
- Step in wherever needed to remove blockers and accelerate progress across the business.
- Customers experience seamless, high-quality operations with zero dropped balls.
- Company operations run smoothly, with strong internal alignment and accountability.
- Partnerships are structured, supported, and delivering measurable value.
- Strategic projects are executed on time, on scope, and on impact.

- Experience leading operations in a high-performance, execution-heavy environment.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
