• Customer Operations: Ensure world-class execution across client accounts. Build systems so no deliverable, follow-up, or commitment falls through the cracks.
• Company Operations: Design and drive internal systems for prioritization, accountability, and information flow. Keep teams aligned and focused on top priorities.
• Partnerships Operations: Support and operationalize our partner ecosystem-ensuring seamless collaboration, strong relationships, accountability, and delivery across partnerships.
• Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives critical to Emerix's growth-new launches, strategic bets, and company-wide goals.
• Step in wherever needed to remove blockers and accelerate progress across the business.
