We're hiring a Social Media Manager who's part content creator, part storyteller, and all heart. You'll lead the digital voice of Israel Experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.📱 What you'll do:

Create and manage monthly content calendars
Film, edit, and post high-impact Reels, TikToks, and visual stories
Travel across Israel to capture real-time group experiences
Build community engagement through comments, DMs, shares
Analyze content performance and adapt quickly
Work closely with the digital marketing and sales teams

🌟 What you bring:

2+ years of hands-on content creation for social media
Skilled in video editing, writing, and visual storytelling
Native-level English; other languages a plus
Experience with Canva, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics
Passion for people, culture, and storytelling
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel in Israel
