ILS Officer - Tender Support in Maintenance, Reliability & Life Cycle ManagementLooking for a professional challenge at the forefront of logistics engineering?This is your opportunity to join a leading team, contribute to complex tender processes locally and internationally, and develop logistics and engineering solutions that impact system life cycles for years to come.What will you do?

Analyze ILS requirements from RFP documents and define tailored logistics solutions.
Develop maintenance concepts and lifecycle responsibility plans.
Perform availability, maintainability, and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) calculations.
Prepare ILS documentation: maintenance plans, LORA analyses, spare parts policies, and more.
Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, procurement, and project management teams.
Support the presentation of logistics and maintenance solutions to clients.

Your areas of expertise will include:

Maintainability: Assess maintenance capabilities, repair times, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, and define maintenance levels according to requirements.
Reliability: Conduct MTBF calculations, failure analyses (FMECA), generate reports, and provide design improvement recommendations.
Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Define inventory policies, plan spare parts lists, calculate optimal quantities, and ensure operational availability throughout the system lifecycle.

What you should bring:

Proven experience in tender support within ILS - required.
Relevant academic background: Industrial Engineering & Management, Systems Engineering, or equivalent engineering field.
Proficiency with ILS tools and strong technical writing skills.
High-level Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking).
