Learn more at**We are searching for the best talent for Distribution Center Manager to Join our team in our Kfar Saba site, Israel.****Overall Purpose Of The Roll**The Distributor Center (DC) Manager is accountable for strategic planning and operational management of the distribution center, ensuring the seamless execution of all warehousing and logistics activities in adherence to global standards. This includes developing and managing the budget to optimize costs while maintaining high efficiency and quality. The role encompasses leading the team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, providing equal employment opportunities, and developing talent to support business growth.The DC Manager collaborates closely with the Quality Assurance, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), and Compliance teams to establish and enforce quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to J&J's quality policies, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) guidelines, and EHS regulations.Furthermore, the position is responsible for site maintenance, infrastructure management, and ensuring operational continuity, with a focus on lean processes, safety, and site excellence.In This Role You Will Oversee These Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of cross sector distribution center and transportation (inbound and outbound)All warehousing and distribution functions for the cross-sector facility. This includes accountability for inbound and outbound freight as well as adherence to safety, legislative and organizational policies and procedures. Accomplish effective logistical and financial oversight through strong leadership and decision makingImplement a state-of-the-art Loaner kit facility and introduce organizational structure and procedure to ensure an efficient cycle time of loaner kits.Manage relations with subcontractors related to operation of the distribution centerEnsure development of Green initiatives to reduce the environmental impactStrive for continuous improvement both in terms of cost and service per requirements of the marketplace and ensure the procurement process is aligned to organization guidelines leadership in projects to improve cost reduction (CIP)Ensure people management per Credo principles.Provides input to the department budget and adheres to cost controls.Manages and resolves matters concerning customer satisfaction, logistics, quality, and other aspects integral to warehouse operations.Plan and conducts annual and cycle inventory counts of warehouse items.Monthly controls of inventory adjustments in the ERP system, including an in-depth review of write-offs that do not comply with the SOP.Works with other relevant departments to coordinate the flow of materials or products and for planning purposes.Plan and lead NPI launches from warehouse perspectivePut in place developments plan for DC team.Responsibility for working in accordance with the organization's EHS culture, leading safety committees, and strengthening the safety culture in the distribution center.Responsibility for employee recruitment processResponsibility for Distribution operation and costsRequirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Management, aligned with the listed major responsibilities
Exceptional change management and listening skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across various sectors and functions.
Solid organizational skills and excellent team player / leader with the ability to lead a large and diversified team of professionals.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences.
Strong Customer Orientation
Ability to work with creative approaches in an ambiguous environment
