- Manage all phases of hardware development projects.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps and timelines.
- Analyze marketing requirements to meet customer needs.
- Lead technical team meetings and facilitate collaboration.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
- Manage external subcontractors.
- Oversee the transfer of products to production.
- Support verification & validation, CE marking, and FDA submissions.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - required.
- 3+ years leading mechanical design for electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and production technologies.
- Excellent time and task management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Hands-on approach to electromechanical assembly and testing.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
