- Facilitate quarterly and ongoing marketing planning processes, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and properly resourced.
- Act as the “air traffic controller” across Content, Product Marketing, Growth, Field marketing and Design, keeping deliverables on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Build clear workflows, timelines, and communication cadences to maximize productivity and cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure Content and Design operations deliver maximum output with minimal friction.
- Knowledge management: create scalable systems for logos usage, talent/actors usage, and asset repurposing.
- Website content management: oversee content updates, ensuring the site remains current across all sections; collaborate closely with SEO and content teams and drive localization efforts.
- Website rebuild: Take full ownership of the current website rebuild by replacing the current outsourced project manager. Oversee the entire scope, from resource planning and prioritization to daily progress tracking across Development, Design, and Content teams, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
- Online reputation management (ORM): Own the Guesty Reviews Tracker and coordinate with CSM, customer success teams, Gartner, Trustpilot, and G2 to ensure reviews (positive and negative) are properly addressed by relevant stakeholders
- Hero campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end production of theme-based, cross-channel campaigns (e.g., sale, seasonal activations, and etc), ensuring seamless alignment between Growth, Content, and Design teams. Drive workflows, manage timelines, and uphold production quality standards to deliver campaigns on time and at the highest level.
- Marketing reporting: facilitate monthly reporting on business impact with Growth, Brand and Expansion framework and own monthly “planned vs. actuals” reporting across quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Champion efficiency by leveraging AI-driven workflows and no-code platforms (e.g., Lovable, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and etc).
- Build and maintain scalable automations to optimize content, PMM and comms repetitive marketing workflows (e.g., product roadmap visibility, AI-driven content creation for medium and small-scale product releases and etc).
- Pilot emerging AI tools to enhance content operations, accelerate campaign execution, and improve cross-department collaboration.
- Serve as the internal evangelist for automation, enabling adoption and best practices across the marketing organization.
- Experience working in an ad agency, handling a high volume of creative asset production and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met - A must
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, project/program management
- Strong background in cross-functional project management with proven success in driving alignment between content, design and execution across diverse teams
- Experience managing multiple, large-scale marketing programs with measurable results
- Hands-on knowledge of marketing project management software, AI tools, and no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Lovable, Make, ChatGPT and etc)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution
