Develop interfaces and systems pivotal to the growth and progress of Pagaya's operations.
Design and implement new features and projects, covering all stages from architecture to execution.
Assume full responsibility and ownership of features and projects, collaborating with data science, product, and operations teams.
Operate in a dynamic, agile environment, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies.

Requirements

5+ years of programming experience in developing high-quality, full-stack web applications.
Deep knowledge in at least one of the following: React, Python.
Familiar with cloud-based deployment (for example AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc )
A strong sense of ownership over code and systems developed.
A genuine passion for the profession and a commitment to delivering value.
Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities, effectively working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Advantages

High-level expertise in at least one of our core technologies and programming languages, with additional proficiency being advantageous.
Experience in the development and scaling of distributed systems.
A solid understanding of software design principles and adherence to industry best practices.
