- Welcome guests, offer refreshments, and escort them to meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment
- Provide logistical support for meeting rooms and company events
- Manage daily orders for groceries, office supplies, and kitchen restocking
- Receive deliveries and sort packages and mail
- Coordinate with service providers (coffee, cleaning, maintenance, technicians)
- Oversee and guide cleaning staff, including task management and quality control
- Order and track equipment for new employees, and troubleshoot basic IT issues
- Support meeting room equipment setupa (Zoom, projectors, speakers)
- Assist with logistics for internal events (birthdays, team lunches, Happy Hours)
- Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits for new hires
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- High service orientation and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English - written and spoken
- Comfortable with basic tech tools (email, Google Drive, spreadsheets)
- Previous experience in an administrative or service-oriented role - an advantage
