Description:Are you passionate about building and maintaining a robust security infrastructure?Our Security Engineering team is at the forefront of protecting evoke’s operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to safeguard our environment across cloud, on-prem, network, endpoints, and applications. As Head of Security Engineering, you’ll lead this critical team, reporting directly to our Group CISO and playing a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s security posture.What you will be doing:

Lead and mentor the Security Engineering team, ensuring effective implementation of security controls.
Oversee the development and execution of security policies, standards, and solutions across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
Collaborate with Strategy & ESA, GRC, Physical Security, SOC & IR, and IT/Application teams to align initiatives and respond to incidents.
Conduct security assessments, audits, and continuous improvements based on the latest threats and trends.
Report security metrics and initiatives to the Group CISO and other stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

Extensive experience leading Security Engineering teams with deep knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity across network, cloud, endpoint, and application layers.
Holistic experience with tools such as firewalls, WAF, SIEM, DLP, EDR, and AppSec across hybrid environments.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field, with certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH preferred.
A collaborative and proactive leader with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
