- Lead & Motivate: Inspire, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas.
- Drive Performance: Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
- Refine Sales Process: Continuously refine our outbound sales process, leveraging best practices and innovative techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enable Success: Provide ongoing training and development to SDRs, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.
- Optimize Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads for the SDR team.
- Report & Analyze: Track and analyze key SDR metrics, providing regular reports to management and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Recruit & Onboard: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new SDRs, ensuring that we build a team of top talent.
- Proven SDR Leadership: 1+ years of experience leading and managing a high-performing SDR team.
- Sales Development Expertise: Deep understanding of sales development best practices and techniques.
- Coaching & Mentoring Skills: Proven ability to coach and mentor SDRs to achieve their full potential.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Results-Oriented: A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
