DataWave is a fast-growing Ad-Tech company, specializing Head of User Acquisition in large-scale digital advertising and programmatic media buying. We operate across all major channels, leveraging advanced technologies in cloud infrastructure, AI, and algorithms to drive real business results.About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, strategic to lead and scale our mobile user acquisition efforts. You'll be responsible for the unit's performance and growth - from setting the roadmap to building the team and delivering results. This is a key leadership role reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams.What You'll Do

Take full ownership of the mobile UA business: P&L, strategy, and performance
Build and execute high-scale, results-driven user acquisition strategies
Lead a growing team of media buyers and ad ops professionals
Define tools and the tech roadmap in collaboration with R&D and leadership
Work closely with BizDev, Product, and external partners to drive alignment and execution
Represent DataWave in industry events and partnerships

Requirements

5+ years in mobile performance marketing - must
Proven experience managing teams and owning business goals (P&L, growth targets)
Strong understanding of AdTech platforms and tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
A doer with strong leadership instincts - strategic, but not afraid to get hands-on
