- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, social selling (primarily LinkedIn), and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on defined criteria, understanding their business needs, pain points, and cyber security requirements.
- Initial Consultation: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to introduce Presale1's core capabilities, services, and expertise in cyber security project management and solutions.
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Market Research: Research and identify target industries, companies, and key contacts within the cyber security space to build targeted prospect lists.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, lead interactions, and meeting schedules within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Product & Industry Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Presale1's services, core capabilities, and the broader cyber security landscape, including industry trends, competitive solutions, and common client challenges.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to prospecting activities, lead qualification, and meeting generation.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback and coaching to improve prospecting techniques, communication skills, and overall performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. (English - Must)
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively over the phone, email, and online.
- Research & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information to identify target prospects and understand their business needs.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using technology and CRM systems, and a willingness to learn about cyber security solutions and technologies.
- Drive & Motivation: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Resilience & Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive and persistent attitude in the face of challenges.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills (e.g., Hebrew, if targeting Israeli market, or others based on target markets) are a plus.
- Previous experience in the cyber security or IT industry.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and prospecting techniques.
- French Language
- Experience using sales automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
