We are seeking an experienced and proactive VIP Nanny to join a family with three children aged 9 years, 2.5 years, and a newborn expected soon. The nanny will generally care for one child at a time and will travel internationally with the family when required.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care for the children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and outings
- Support daily routines, including school pick-ups, afterschool activities, and playtime
- Care for the children during travel, adapting to different schedules and environments
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children (laundry, tidying play areas, preparing simple meals/snacks)
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and needs
- Be proactive in anticipating the family’s requirements and offering support when needed
- Proven experience as a nanny, preferably with VIP or high-profile families
- Flexibility to travel internationally for extended periods
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with parents and other staff
- Proactive, organised, and discreet
- Native-level or fluent English
- Excellent references from previous employers
- Swiss or EU passport, or valid Swiss work permit
- CHF 28–30 gross per hour, depending on experience
