Our mission is to democratize investment intelligence and empower smarter decision-making at scale.Role Overview:We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate the successful implementation of client-facing projects and internal initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution across teams and delivering value to clients on time and at the highest quality.Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Best Practices: Develop, manage and refine a repeatable implementation methodology and working processes for Bridgewise Customer Experience group, leading to continually improving how Bridgewise delivers value, keeping in mind industry standards and client feedback.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding projects, product integrations, and internal operational initiatives.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales) and external partners or clients.
Build and manage project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely execution.
Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and expectation management.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.

Strong project management skills with hands-on experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives .

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Monday.com, or similar.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

Background in fintech, capital markets, or financial data products.

Experience with enterprise-level clients and technical integrations.

PMP or other relevant certification.
