- Lead the development and shaping of the product roadmap by leveraging data-driven insights that align initiatives with business goals, utilizing the OKR framework effectively.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify user pain points, address feature gaps, and discover opportunities for product enhancement and optimization.
- Empower product teams with the creation of frameworks, dashboards, and processes for independent performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the GTM teams to identify upsell opportunities through detailed user behavior and product usage analysis.
- Build and implement customer health scoring models to evaluate renewal readiness and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations to optimize product performance and drive business development.
- Develop and maintain a state-of-the-art analytics infrastructure using SQL, DBT, and BI tools for seamless data-driven insights.
- Lead the implementation of advanced product analytics platforms to improve user behavior tracking and evaluate product performance effectively.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product analytics or related analytical roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Significant experience in the B2B or B2B2C SaaS domain, providing a competitive advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced SQL querying, with hands-on experience in using DBT for data transformation and modeling.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Expertise in at least one mainstream BI tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QuickSight.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and interpret meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively translate technical insights into tangible business recommendations.
- Proven experience in leading analytical initiatives with the capability to influence and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of Sales-Led Growth strategies: adept in identifying and analyzing engagement patterns indicative of renewal risks and upselling opportunities.
