Operations Specialist & Sales Enablement

- Enablement & Training: Design and deliver training sessions, onboarding content, and playbooks. Empower sales teams to adopt new tools and methodologies through clear communication, guidance, and follow-up.
- Sales Process Optimization: Support implementation of consistent and efficient sales processes across business units. Work with sales leaders to align workflows and remove bottlenecks.
- Data & Insights: Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance trends to identify actionable insights. Assist with dashboard creation and maintenance in tools such as Power BI.
- CRM & Tools Management: Ensure accurate and complete CRM data. Support the adoption of tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Coordinate with internal teams to improve tool usage and governance.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge sharing across sales teams and business units. Support weekly meeting cadences with materials, scorecards, and follow-ups.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with marketing, finance, and IT to support initiatives that impact the sales organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/ sales operations/ business analysis, or enablement roles, preferably in a tech or B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and office/BI tools (Excel, Google Workspace, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver training and collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-unit environment with evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a multi-division company.
- Exposure to SQL or BI tools.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies or process improvement frameworks.
