We are connected to over 1000 financial institutions worldwide, allowing us to centralize a range of global and local payment methods, on one payment page.About the opportunity:Our Support Team is looking for a Support Representative who is passionate about addressing and solving customer issues, to join us in our Tel Aviv headquarters. This is a great opportunity to join a growing Support Team in the FinTech industry.If you are someone who thrives in a fresh, fun, and dynamic team environment, looking to grow in a long-term position - this could be the role for you!What you will do:Address and solve customer issues through email, Slack, and SkypeCooperate with other online platform representativesHelp customers with API integration to our gatewayBuild and maintain the transaction processIdentify and document bugs and featuresHandle correspondence with merchants and various third partiesManual QA of integrations with our partnersAdvanced proficiency in one of the following languages: Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, or Korean- a must!Availability to work during weekends (including Shabbat)/holidays (from home)- a must!Experience in technical/customer support.Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QAFamiliarity with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and logsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new features and innovations.Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Passion for troubleshooting and constant self-learning.Superb attention to detail.A few of our office benefits & perks:Private chef for breakfast and lunch.Fully stocked kitchenWeekly happy hoursTeam events such as yoga classes, company trips, Sup
