We're a growing tech company that helps businesses manage and make sense of their financial data. We're looking for sharp, detail-oriented students to join us part-time to keep operations running smoothly and support our customers and product teams.This role is hands-on with data - you'll help catch issues before customers notice, run queries to answer complex questions, assist with setting up data integrations, and keep key daily processes on track. We'll teach you the concepts you need, but you should be comfortable working with numbers and patterns, and open to learning core ideas in accounting and finance.What You'll Do:

Dive into customer workflows to help investigate issues and clarify how financial data is being processed.
Monitor operational alerts and exception queues to catch issues early.
Support daily workflows such as posting journal entries and reviewing reconciliation results.
Configure transaction flows, matching rules, and other automation logic.
Assist in setting up and validating integrations with banks and payment providers.
Test new product features related to finance operations.
Contribute to internal documentation and onboarding process improvements.
Assist in urgent customer issues by reviewing workflows, gathering context, and escalating.
Track trends across transactions, exceptions, and support cases.

You'll Be a Good Fit If You:

Are studying accounting, finance, economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Are comfortable working with structured data, and open to learning tools like SQL and Postman.
Communicate clearly and can collaborate across product, support, and technical teams.
Have strong attention to detail and are quick to notice when something doesn't look right.
Are curious, proactive, and passionate to contribute.
Can stay focused and organized in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
