- Review and screen incoming CVs based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Be a focal point for recruitment agencies, candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Help ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar coordination or administrative role (preferably from a global tech company).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English - Must.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS - A plus.
- BA in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Science, or equivalent.
