We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead advanced automation infrastructure for complex, multidisciplinary embedded systems. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, driving best practices, frameworks, and tooling for end-to-end validation processes. You will work closely with software, hardware, RF, and FPGA teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and quality of mission-critical systems.
ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement automation architecture and infrastructure strategy.Develop, deploy, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripts in Python.Lead the design of end-to-end and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for embedded systems and RF subsystems.Build and enhance simulation environments for complex subsystems.Analyze test results, identify root causes, and guide resolution with development teams.Set testing standards, methodologies, and tools across the organization.Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and quality reports.דרישות:B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in automation development, including infrastructure and architectural design.
Strong proficiency in Python; experience with PyTest, unittest, or similar frameworks.
Proven experience in automated testing of embedded systems, hardware interfaces, or communication protocols.
Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Experience with version control (Git) and CI tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
