- Own the top of the funnel by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound strategies when needed
- Monitor user activity and engagement to detect buying signals early
- Reach out to product teams through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
- Research target companies and roles to tailor messaging that speaks directly to their needs
- Book product demos and hand over well-qualified leads to the Account Executive team
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for all activities and interactions
- Collaborate closely with sales to improve processes and share prospect insights
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified pipeline
- English speaker - Communication must be clear, natural, and compelling.
- 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, preferably for US & EU markets.
- Proven ability to combine inbound responsiveness with outbound hustle.
- Strong instincts for identifying buying signals and qualifying real opportunities.
- Tech-savvy: experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.
- Comfortable working hybrid (3 days a week from our Ramat Gan office).
- Flexibility to support US hours or Fridays if needed.
- Native English speaker.
- Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
- Background in product management or a strong interest in the domain.
