If you're ready to join the driving force behind the evolution of interactive entertainment, we invite you to come play with us.We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Systems Project Manager to lead the enhancement of our financial systems and drive innovative initiatives.This role serves as the primary focal point between the FP&A and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of financial systems with business objectives.Responsibilities:

Lead financial system projects, monitoring progress and providing innovative solutions to potential challenges.
Serve as the system administrator for the EPM Planning system, overseeing the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of financial models.
Design and develop Power BI models for effective visualization of financial data.
Collaborate and support cross-functional teams, including IT, accounting, and operations to ensure financial systems meet organizational needs.
Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A department.
Conduct project review meetings, report on status, and manage risks or issues as necessary.
Ensure all project deliverables comply with organizational policies.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Economics or a related field.
5+ years' experience in managing financial projects that enhance planning workflows and system stability
Deep understanding of FP&A processes and operations.
Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle EPM planning, Oracle ERP and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
