Office Admin & Personal Assistant to CEO

- Manage the front desk: welcome guests, vendors, and deliveries
- Oversee all office maintenance and operations, including coordination with cleaning services and external suppliers
- Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies; maintain a pleasant and functional working environment
- Organize meeting rooms and support in preparing for internal and external meetings
- Schedule travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for employees and executives
- Plan and execute company events, happy hours etc.
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance reports
- Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of the CEO
- Handle personal and confidential tasks with the utmost discretion
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a tech/startup environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
