- Define roadmaps for scenarios / features / capabilities that you will own.
- Develop deep, technical execution plans.
- Design features by converting requirements, metrics, and policy into technical feature specifications and designs.
- Take a structural approach in solving complex problems. Communicate to senior decision makers in a clear & compelling way.
- Define targets for key business KPIs, and track and report progress on them.
- Help lead and champion a team culture that embraces diversity.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in either:
- Low-level software development (e.g., firmware, drivers, or similar), OR
- Hardware / silicon development processes (e.g., ASIC, FPGA, or related).
- Covers both written and oral communication
- Tailored to cross-functional and technical audience
- We are working in Hybrid model but important to note that there will be at least two days per week in the office — with at least one day in Haifa office (the second day can be from TLV / Haifa office).
- International travel required at least once per year to Redmond.
- Flexibility to accommodate at least two evenings per week for collaboration with Redmond stakeholders.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- TPM (Technical Program Management) / Product Management background is not required, but it’s a plus.
- Cloud experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
