- Act as a primary point of contact for employees in Israel, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and programs, including local Israeli benefits. Address Israel related tickets in case management system.
- Monitor local country labor law compliance, assessing impact of any needed changes and implementation approach. Partner with global HR leadership on assessing magnitude of needed changes.
- Analyze local country engagement survey results and HR metric dashboards to assess risks, opportunities and support actioning.
- Partner with the Director HRBP to support managers on local employee relations, performance management and talent assessments
- Work in conjunction with the Director HRBP and corporate benefits, manage local vendor relationships, and handle reporting
- Manage local onboarding and exit processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and aligned with global HR standards.
- Assist in building presentations and reports.
- Conduct HR listening initiatives
- Support the implementation and tracking of local training and development programs.
- Support the business in promoting external and internal employer branding (meetups, lectures, events hosting)
- Contribute to regional or global HR projects and continuous improvement and automation efforts.
- Provide back-up support to other EMEA HRBPs on as needed basis.
- 2-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in multinational or matrixed Hi-tech companies
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Working knowledge of Israeli employment law and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Embraces new technology and finds ways to implement such tools efficiently
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in English and Hebrew required; additional European languages are a plus.
