- Own the onboarding process for new customers, from kickoff to go-live.
- Deliver training sessions and walkthroughs tailored to SAP professionals (IT, business analysts, CFOs, etc.).
- Ensure clients understand the full capabilities of InsightZap, including Creator, Publisher, Viewer, and Fiori-ready tools.
- Maintain active relationships with 100+ clients (primarily in Israel with growing global portfolio).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for functional support and usage optimization.
- Monitor product usage, adoption metrics, and engagement trends using internal tracking tools.
- Manage the software license renewal process end-to-end.
- Identify opportunities for upselling (e.g. additional SAP instances or variant usage tiers).
- Proactively mitigate churn risk through health monitoring and account reviews.
- Host webinars, demos, and virtual workshops focused on use cases (e.g. ABAP backlog reduction, live pivot tables, real-time reporting).
- Organize in-person meetups and community events in coordination with marketing and sales.
- Collect client feedback to shape product roadmap and knowledge base content.
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or SAP project delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC / S/4HANA, Fiori, ABAP, and reporting processes.
- Experience training or guiding SAP users (business or technical roles).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Hebrew and English.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM systems, and webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams).
- Experience with license renewal, SaaS models, or software subscription tracking - an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SAP-native tools or complementary solutions (e.g. Winshuttle, SAP Build, Neptune, SAC).
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise-level clients globally.
- Background in running user groups, webinars, or training sessions for SAP users.
