- Act as a dedicated expert for Guardio users, providing assistance via phone and email on account setup, subscription management, general inquiries, and basic security guidance to help users keep their digital life secure.
- Approach every interaction with empathy and patience, ensuring users feel supported, valued, and understood.
- Simplify technical concepts and explain solutions in clear, user-friendly language, adapting to our users' varying technical skills.
- Increase user satisfaction by delivering a personalized experience that highlights the value of Guardio's services and fosters customer loyalty.
- Have native-level English, both spoken and written, and comfortable talking to users over the phone - a MUST.
- Customer-oriented, empathetic, proactive in solving problems, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with tools like Google Sheets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and implement changes quickly.
- Fluent in technology usage - installing apps, understanding how subscriptions work, and navigating system settings. No previous experience in cyber security is required.
- Position is Sunday-Thursday afternoon and evening shifts, must be available to work at least 3 evening shifts per week
