- 2+ years of experience in technical or customer support.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with payment gateways or financial technology.
- Familiarity with advanced technical systems or software troubleshooting.
- Full-time position (Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
