- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct interviews and managing the interview process from start to finish.
- Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Min 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with fast-paced hiring processes and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a proactive and initiative-driven approach.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
