- Drive adoption & engagement for both existing and future customers
- Positioning & Messaging - Define our ideal customer profile, value propositions, and elevator pitch.
- Launch & GTM - Create and manage launch plans for new features.
- Sales Enablement - Develop decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and demos.
- Content & Demand Tests - Run focused LinkedIn and email experiments to identify scalable channels.
- Market Insight - Conduct customer interviews, analyze win/loss data, and monitor competitors.
- At least 3 years of B2B SaaS product-marketing experience, ideally with mid-market companies. Supply-chain industry experience is a huge plus.
- Strong experience with customer interviews and relationship management - a must.
- Proven track record of taking products from conception through launch to widespread adoption.
- Portfolio of self-created marketing collateral (decks, case studies, videos).
- Experience running and analyzing paid, social, and email marketing tests independently.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Startup DNA: bias for action, low ego, eager to learn as you go.
