We're seeking for a brilliant and hands-on Head of R&D to lead our cutting-edge research and development initiatives across the domains of cybersecurity.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technological backbone of a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of cyber .

Own and define the overall R&D strategy, roadmap, and KPIs, with a strong focus on cyber innovation .
Lead the execution of advanced R&D projects in areas such as computer vision, deep learning, network security, and automated threat analysis
Implement cutting-edge R&D methodologies and best practices
Build and scale the R&D team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching
Work closely with Product and Security domain experts to align architecture and technology with evolving cyber threat landscapes and customer needs

5+ years of experience leading R&D teams

Background in early-stage startups, with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.

Strong technical versatility, with experience across multiple platforms and technologies.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast environment

Proven ability to turn the impossible into possible
