Head of Non-Metal Materials Division

• Serving as a professional authority in development, design, standardization, and manufacturing

• Managing a team of over 20 engineers in materials, chemistry, and mechanical disciplines

• Leading and managing IAI's central non-metal materials laboratory

• Israeli citizenship - required

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or

• At least 10 years of scientific and engineering experience in development, design, production,

• At least 10 years of experience managing engineers in materials/chemistry/mechanical fields

• At least 10 years of experience in theoretical and experimental methods for material

• At least 3 years of experience managing in a multi-project, multi-customer environment

• At least 3 years of experience in project and budget planning and control

• Familiarity with ceramic materials

• Experience managing chemistry/materials laboratories

• Experience in mechanical design of composite aircraft structures

• PhD with specialization in composite materials development and characterization
