- Own and scale all core HR functions including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
- Partner with the leadership team to shape people policies, organizational structure, and programs that support company strategy and culture.
- Lead the development and rollout of performance, feedback, and development frameworks across the company.
- Design scalable HR processes that support our growth while keeping things lean, smart, and people-first.
- Track and report on key HR metrics to support executive decision-making.
- Support a healthy, inclusive culture and serve as a go-to advisor for leadership and employees on all people matters.
- 7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR operations and policies from the ground up.
- Strong business and strategic mindset-you understand how people strategy connects to company goals.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Bonus: Experience working with remote or global teams.
