We are a young and fast-growing startup in the field of fintech for travel companies.Our AI-driven smart prediction technology helps our customers generate new revenue streams from their air volume.By using our products, we can ensure that tickets are issued at the best possible time and at the best priceWe're looking for a VP of HR to lead our HR globally as we scale. With 75+ team members across several countries and growing to 100+, you'll play a key role in building the HR foundations that support our people, culture, and expansion. This is a strategic role focused on infrastructure, systems, and performance. If you're passionate about building and owning HR in a high-growth, global environment, this is the place for you.What Will You Do?

Own and scale all core HR functions including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
Partner with the leadership team to shape people policies, organizational structure, and programs that support company strategy and culture.
Lead the development and rollout of performance, feedback, and development frameworks across the company.
Design scalable HR processes that support our growth while keeping things lean, smart, and people-first.
Track and report on key HR metrics to support executive decision-making.
Support a healthy, inclusive culture and serve as a go-to advisor for leadership and employees on all people matters.

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
Proven track record of building and scaling HR operations and policies from the ground up.
Strong business and strategic mindset-you understand how people strategy connects to company goals.
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Clear, empathetic communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Bonus: Experience working with remote or global teams.
