A international healthcare billing firm in Tel Aviv is looking for an Analyst Team Lead to join their Analytics Division to manage and oversee the tasks and productivity of a group of analysts. This is a hybrid position.Responsibilities

Prioritize tasks for team members.
Lead and monitor team members' workloads, efficiency, and quality of work.
Oversee the workflow of the Team's assigned clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for team-related inquiries.
Ensure the team meets its KPIs.
Conduct one-on-one meetings with each team member to review feedback for process improvement.
Accessing, analyzing, and integrating financial and other data from a variety of hospital data systems

Requirements

Over 2 years of hands-on experience leading a small team of 3 or more employees.
More than 2 years of experience in the healthcare business industry, insurance, or billing companies is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with case management and workflow systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Experience with SQL is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
High level of written and spoken English is essential.
BA/BSc degree.
