Director of Finance

• Own Revenue Operations: Oversee end-to-end revenue processes including order processing, billing, collections, and revenue recognition in line with ASC 606.
• Partner with Sales Leadership: Align on ARR and NRR targets, pipeline forecasting, and deal desk optimization.
• Lead Incentive Compensation Process: Manage sales commission calculations, audits, and quarterly reviews; partner with Sales and HR to design and iterate incentive plans.
• Improve Systems and Processes: Identify and drive improvements across the sales-to-cash cycle, ensuring seamless integration between CRM, billing, and ERP
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Ops to drive financially informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure Compliance and Controls: Maintain financial accuracy and integrity in line with GAAP and internal control standards.

• 4-6+ years of progressive Finance experience in B2B SaaS environments (startup or scale-up preferred).
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and business models (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Demonstrated experience with sales order management, billing operations, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex commission structures and review cycles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, GTM, and Product stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and process optimization mindset.
• Experience building and scaling Finance operations in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
