- Own the first 60 days - run kickoff, configuration, training and go-live so customers hit time-to-value
- Build the playbook - document every step, template and automation so we can scale fast.
- Monitor health & renewals - set up health scoring, QBRs and early-warning dashboards; surface expansion opportunities before renewal.
- Voice of the customer - translate feedback into clear product requests and influence roadmap priorities.
- Customers hit key adoption milestones quickly and report high satisfaction.
- Churn during the guarantee period stays negligible.
- Core onboarding and success playbooks are fully documented and actively used.
- Health dashboards and alerts routinely surface at-risk or expansion-ready accounts before issues arise.
- +3 years in Customer Success or Implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
- A track record of owning the full customer journey from onboarding through renewal.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and proactively address concerns.
- Familiarity with supply-chain, ERP, or finance operations is a plus.
- Strong project-management skills and comfort juggling multiple customers.
- Data curiosity-able to pull basic queries or reports to prove adoption.
- Startup DNA: bias for action, low ego, eager to learn as you go.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
