A leading Affiliate Network in Tel Aviv is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join its team. The role involves managing, motivating, and developing a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strong managerial skills and a solid sales background.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals.Manage and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.Monitor KPIs and maintain high performance levels.Drive sales initiatives and promote products effectively.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the sales department.Requirements (must-have):At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team.Proven ability to manage processes and deliver results.Experience in training, mentoring, and motivating employees.Strong track record in sales growth.High-level English (spoken and written).Advantages:Experience managing call center sales.Background in project management.We’re looking for someone who is:
