Support Ormco Israel Customer Service team, providing customer service to Ormco Israel Customers.Stock management : meaning inventory / expedition-reception / order near Ormco BV
Core Order Management: Pick and Pack, Invoicing, Sending by courier .
Spark cases management: invoicing Spark cases
AR task as follow up on invoices and send notification to customers with statements
Debt Collection : understanding process for recovering debt customers
Support on the marketing side for courses/ congressדרישות:Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills,
· Sense of OrganizationProven experience or strong understanding of accounts receivable and debt collection processes
Comfortable using office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email clients); experience with ERP systems is a plus
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Critical Skills/technical know-how:
