- manning the front desk including welcome visitors, handling incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including coordination with cleaning services
- Maintain and stock kitchen areas, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all employees
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees
- Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, suppliers, managers, and employees.
- Help with organizing and executing HR related event and projects when needed
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role - advantage for tech/startup environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Experience of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- A team player with a “can do” attitude and high level of service awareness
- Available to work on-site, 5 days a week (not a hybrid or student role)
