**The team is a part of the Cloud Security Intelligence group. Together we own one of the largest Big Data environments in Israel.The team is an owner of various Intelligence Security products that run as part of this environment, and also responsible for innovatively developing and maintaining the platform itself.**Make a difference in your own way**Lead a skilled DevOps team building infrastructure for security analytics in our Tel Aviv office.Drive innovation in Big Data, MLOps, and AI workload platforms supporting Akamai engineering teams.We aim to accelerate development, reduce operational costs, and provide secure, shared services across the organization.As a DevOps team lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading highly talented DevOps engineers to great success.
Designing and implementing various infrastructure solutions on top of Azure and Linode - Kubernetes, Kafka, vault, Postgres, and storage.
Developing and Provisioning infrastructure applications, and monitoring tools ; OpenSearch/ELK, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Pushgateway &, et
Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, in addition to building GitOps solutions such as ArgoCD.
Developing MLOps infrastructure pipelines to support Akamai's Appsec AI/ML initiatives, including LLM infrastructure
Working in all stages of the software release process in all development and production environments

**Do What You Love**To be successful in this role you will:

Have 5+ years as a DevOps engineer and 3+ years leading DevOps teams, with a proven ability to mentor, guide, and motivate team members.
Demonstrate communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
Have hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD architecture, including designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable container-based environments.
Be experienced in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform.
Be proficient in Linux/Unix systems, with solid scripting abilities in Python and shell, and a keen eye for troubleshooting and detail.
Have experience with DevOps infrastructure for AI/MLOps and building Big Data pipelines.
