5+ years in customer support with hands-on experience in programmable controllers

Fluent English and Hebrew
IT, networking, electronics

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Team player attitude and passion for helping customers

Bonus Points:

Knowledge of poultry/agriculture or farm management
Linux and Zendesk experience
