- Provide technical support via chat, phone, and email to customers and partners
- Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Manage service requests from initiation to resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and fault isolation for network and security issues
- 2-4 years of experience in network or security technical support
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLAN)
- Hands-on experience with security protocols such as IPSec, SSL-VPN, and NAT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments
- Experience with Cisco or Fortinet products
- Familiarity with authentication protocols such as RADIUS and TACACS
- Prior experience in an IT or cybersecurity support role
